Our Standard Vendor Advocacy Fees Are... $0

Yes, you read that correctly!

Our standard vendor advocacy services come at no direct cost to you. We work on a commission-based model, where we share a portion of the selling agent’s commission. This is standard in the industry and is also known as a Referral Fee.

There is a small deposit to get started, which is fully refunded when your property sells. This means we do not charge a fee to the home seller.

Our cost is covered by a small percentage of the agent’s selling fees. In exchange, agents benefit from reduced workload, marketing costs and the assurance that they’re working with a qualified seller who is expertly guided through the selling process.

It’s a win-win for everyone involved!

Home Prepration Fees

Transparent Pricing, No Surprises.

If you should require additional services such as styling, renovation advice, or remodeling consultations, these services do come with a separate fee and will be quoted on a job-by-job basis.

We’ll always provide clear pricing upfront for any extra work, ensuring you’re fully informed and in control every step of the way.
